从2002年开始审判法庭表现委员会 & 问责制 has been working to make recommendations on new policies and procedures on matters related to the effective and efficient functioning of 法院报告 services.

2009年7月16日，最高法院公布 SC08-1658, regarding the proposed rule amendment recommendations of the Commission concerning 法院报告 services and the use of electronic recordings of court proceedings. Subsequent to the release of the Supreme Court’s opinion, the Commission issued a supplemental report recommending modifications to some of the standards of o每ation and best practices originally submitted in October 2007. 2010年1月7日，最高法院发布 AOSC10-1 which adopted the standards of o每ation and best practices proposed by the Commission in both the October 2007 report and as revised in the November 2009 report. Based on the trial courts' ex每ience in implementing the standards of o每ation and best practices, 这些政策已于7月20日修订, 2011, 每 AOSC11-22.
